2006 Ford Focus

P0171 for system too lean bank 1, P0300 for random cylinder misfire, P0302 for cylinder 2 misfire detected, and P2195 for HO2S11 not switching correctly. Engine has misfire and running lean. Found PCV hose/oil separator leaking causing vacuum leak. Recommend replacing oil separator/pcv hose, then recheck.
- Customer complaint that a/c blows hot. Found a/c system low on refrigerant. Found a/c hose leaking (evaporator to receiver/drier). Inspected a/c orifice tube. Found metal in a/c orifice tube. Recommend rebuilding a/c system with new a/c compressor, receiver drier, condenser, and orifice tube with a/c system flush. Customer declined repairs at present.
- Remove and Replace Oil Separator.
- Perform PCM update

- Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.
- Replace front brake pad linings and front brake disc rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Road test vehicle.
