- Check engine light on and misfiring at idle. Found multiple codes. P0171 for system too lean bank 1, P0300 for random cylinder misfire, P0302 for cylinder 2 misfire detected, and P2195 for HO2S11 not switching correctly. Engine has misfire and running lean. Found PCV hose/oil separator leaking causing vacuum leak. Recommend replacing oil separator/pcv hose, then recheck.
- Customer complaint that a/c blows hot. Found a/c system low on refrigerant. Found a/c hose leaking (evaporator to receiver/drier). Inspected a/c orifice tube. Found metal in a/c orifice tube. Recommend rebuilding a/c system with new a/c compressor, receiver drier, condenser, and orifice tube with a/c system flush. Customer declined repairs at present.
- Remove and Replace Oil Separator.
- Perform PCM update
