    • Evacuate and recharge A/C System, Check Belts/Hoses, Check Vent Temperature and Temperature Controls, Check for leaks, Install A/C Dye (Customer to bring back for black light test)
    • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.
    • Remove and install long block – consists of cylinder block fitted with pistons, rings, connecting rods, crankshaft and bearings, cylinder heads, camshaft, timing chain or belt, gears and sprockets. Includes clean and transfer fuel and electrical assemblies, engine mounts, manifolds, valve covers, oil pan, timing cover, water pump, clutch assembly and flywheel. Adjust idle speed, timing and valves where applicable
    • Verified customers concern, inspection showed knocking noise coming from left front of engine, tear down and inspection showed faulty timing chain cassette on bank 2. plastic and metal debris though out engine, replaced engine with long block assembly, test drove and retest no abnormal noises at this time

    • Inspected customers original engine and found #2 cylinder valve broken internal engine parts found in intake manifold, unable to remove necessary to replace with new intake manifold. Inspect engine parts provided when vehicle arrived by tow truck**** Install long block – consists of cylinder block fitted with pistons, rings, connecting rods, crankshaft and bearings, cylinder heads, camshaft, timing chain or belt, gears and sprockets. Includes clean and transfer fuel and electrical assemblies, engine mounts, manifolds, valve covers, oil pan, timing cover, water pump, clutch assembly and flywheel. Adjust idle speed, timing and valves where applicable. *******Adjust labor time to account for engine already being removed, additional time needed to repair wiring, re-install bumper facia and inner bumper (Did not need removed for engine replacement) Sort and inventory parts, Found starter bolt cut needed to extract and install Helicoil. Note**Additional Parts needed not usually replaced with engine bid are marked with ****
    • Towing
    • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.
    • Inspect hoses an clamps. Pressure test cooling system. Power Flush engine, radiator, and heater core. bring Antifreeze to -35* degrees. Add water pump lubricant and cooling system rust and corrosion protectors. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation as applicable.

    • Tested seat operation and found power connecting for backwards and lean back on seat but not forward and lean forward, switches are bad. Remove and replace passenger seat switch. Tested and is working to design.
