    • ENGINE OIL & FILTER – INSPECT – [Check engine oil level and oil life percentage. Change engine oil and filter, if needed.] OIL LIFE MONITOR – RESET – [Reset the system at every oil and filter change. If the system is ever reset accidentally, the oil must be changed at 3000 miles since the last oil change To reset the Engine Oil Life System: Turn the ignition to ON/RUN with the engine off. Press the DIC menu button on the turn signal lever to enter the Vehicle Information Menu. Use the thumbwheel to scroll through the menu items until you reach REMAINING OIL LIFE. Press the SET/CLR button to reset the oil life at 100%. Turn the ignition to LOCK/OFF. The system is reset when the CHANGE ENGINE OIL SOON message is off and the REMAINING OIL LIFE 100% message is displayed. If the CHANGE ENGINE OIL message comes back on when the vehicle is started, the engine oil life system has not been reset. Repeat the procedure.] TIRES – ROTATE – [Tires should be rotated every 7500 miles.     • Retrieved DTC's P0171 O2 sensor lean bank 1 sensor 1, P0134 O2 Sensor AFR Heated control circuit, P0031 O2 Sensor Heater control circuit low active, Tested and found a bad O2 recommend O2 replacement and test for further issues, Idle issue is the A/C clutch short cycling and a dirty throttle body.
    • Evacuate and recharge A/C System, Check Belts/Hoses, Check Vent Temperature and Temperature Controls, Check for leaks, Install A/C Dye (Customer to bring back for black light test)

    • Tested and found the engine oil level low added 3 QT's of oil and engine has internal damage lifter tick and a rod knock recommend an engine assembly.
    • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.
    • Remove and install long block – consists of cylinder block fitted with pistons, rings, connecting rods, crankshaft and bearings, cylinder heads, camshaft, timing chain or belt, gears and sprockets. Includes clean and transfer fuel and electrical assemblies, engine mounts, manifolds, valve covers, oil pan, timing cover, water pump, clutch assembly and flywheel. Adjust idle speed, timing and valves where applicable
    • Evacuate and recharge A/C System, Check Belts/Hoses, Check Vent Temperature and Temperature Controls, Check for leaks, Install A/C Dye (Customer to bring back for black light test)
    • Inspect hoses an clamps. Pressure test cooling system. Power Flush engine, radiator, and heater core. bring Antifreeze to -35* degrees. Add water pump lubricant and cooling system rust and corrosion protectors. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation as applicable.

    • Retrieved DTC P0442 Evap system medium leak, tested evap system and found the NVLD did not pass multiple test recommend NVLD replacement. Pressure tested cooling system and found the radiator leaking, recommend radiator, hoses thermostat and cap.
